This role is accountable for the end to end delivery of projects within the teams program of work and outcomes, either from a customer development or delivery perspective.  The role is accountable for the leadership of the team, engagement with partners as appropriate, contributing to the strategic direction of the Digital Department and actively managing risk for our applications.

  • At least five (5) years appropriate industry experience (mandatory)
  • Previous experience of IT operations and application ownership in a large organisation (mandatory)
  • Previous experience leading a team in a distributed model
  • Excellent knowledge/experience in the application of Agile methodologies
  • Proven capability in contributing to the strategic direction of a department
  • Experience in leading teams through periods of change
