Digital Project Manager

This a great opportunity for a digital enthusiast to bring customer service for a large Australian corporate into the digital age.

The Digital Project Manager is responsible for managing the build of a variety of digital channel service offerings to support the delivery of enhanced self-service digital channel experiences. The Digital Project Manager will be responsible for resources, and ensuring that projects are delivered in an agile manner on brief, on time and on budget.

Key accountabilities

• Develop and execute project work plans, revising them as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
• Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of each assigned project
• Review work-in-progress and deliverables developed by project team
• Ensures adherence to project methodology and standards
• Track and minimise project risks
• Ensure project documentation is complete and current

Essential Requirements

• 5+ yrs experience in project or program management with a focus on user centred design methodologies, interaction and vidual design principles and digital cultures
• Experience in tracking and delivering customer-centric digital projects
• Proven day-to-day leadership, management and coordination of all activities related to project direction, goal setting, planning, estimating, resource allocation and assignment, project health and reporting, problem resolution and collaboration with senior stakeholders
• Experience in managing both technical and creative team members
• Proven experience in agile models of project execution and experience with the software development life cycle
• Understanding of the cognitive principles that influence effective web and mobile design
• Understanding of customer-centred design principles
• Excellent people and stakeholder management skills
