- Ability to build a case for, and lead internal policy or procedural reforms required to support digital channel utilisation and enable digital adoption strategies to be effective.
- Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem solving skills and the capacity to apply current digital practices to optimise service delivery including strong ability to create new concepts, strategies or innovative approaches into an accessible and usable format.
- Demonstrated experience driving continuous innovation across digital channels.
- Demonstrated experience in developing a structured methodology and leading change management activities.
- Demonstrated understanding of consumer digital and mobility trends, including how to influence changing consumer attitudes and behaviours towards digital channel technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to construct and deliver material appropriate to the audience and situation.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven digital strategist with experience in digital innovation roadmaps and omni-channel capability
- Proven experience in driving digital adoption outside of marketing.
- Proven experience in driving go-to-market campaigns for the release of new capabilities and analysing campaign effectiveness.
- Proven experience in leading digital and traditional marketing and awareness campaigns, digital customer engagement and digital transaction adoption projects.
- Proven experience in training and coaching service delivery teams.
- Proven experience leading and managing a team to achieve business objectives.
- Proven success supporting service delivery and customer experience change initiatives across a large organisation, with specific examples relating to digital channel migration and customer segment activation.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Significant experience defining, developing and executing adoption strategies to achieve forecasted benefits.
- Strong experience developing and implementing compelling market propositions for digital self-service capabilities
- Strong grasp of project governance, scope management, procurement, and risk and stakeholder management across multiple projects
- Strong working knowledge of mobile, web and cloud technologies.
