Reporting to the Change Lead for a large enterprise systems implementation program you will develop and deliver on-line and face to face training and be involved in organisational change and communications.


Responsibilities include the development of online training material; implementation of appropriate delivery methods; training of super • users?; training effectiveness evaluation and assessment, change impact assessments; process and documentation review & go-live readiness assessment.


To be successful you will require:

  • Demonstrated experience in on line training design, development and delivery
  • Experience with training development tools such as Adobe Captive
  • Experience in a training role in enterprise systems implementations projects - ERP, CRM
  • Certificate IV Training and Assessment
  • Previous involvement in organisational change management activities
  • IT Project experience ideally in government and or Construction/Engineering
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication, presentation and facilitation skills
