Large banking client is currently integrating a financial services organisation into their business. An experienced Change Manager is needed to jump into the program until Christmas to help deliver the business readiness, communications and training elements of the change plan.
To secure the Senior Change Manager role you will have a good blend of the following skills and experience:
Change Management: develop and manage the change strategy and change plan to deliver the agreed capabilities and realise the business benefits within agreed scope, time and budget. Deliver change artefacts such as stakeholder matrices and impact assessments.
Delivery: Deliver change in-line with the Change Management Framework, the project management operating model and Project Execution Framework and Methodology, as applicable.
Change readiness: ensure stakeholders and users are ready, willing and able to receive and embed the change - identify, monitor and report on issues and/or problems associated with the change including challenging and influencing project team members and stakeholders as required to enable the successful achievement of change deliverables and benefits.
Communications: create and execute internal communications plan.
Learning and Development: conduct training needs analysis and work with internal L&D teams to create training delivery documentation.
This is an initial 3-month contract opportunity with a daily rate c.$850-950 plus GST. There is a high probability of extension into another program currently underway.
