Reporting to a Business Program Manager you will be responsible for end to end business analysis activities including requirements gathering and documentation including functional requirements, business process mapping and gap analysis and identification of business improvement opportunities.


Some programs include IT systems changes and require the ability to work with the ICT team to ensure technical specifications meet business needs.


To be successful you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience as Business Analyst within Business focused programs including business process, workflow and functional analysis and documentation
  • Sound practical experience with contemporary BA frameworks and tools • BABOK, Visio, ARIS, knowledge of Project Methodology and SDLC and advantage
  • Experience in programs that had an IT/Systems implementation component
  • A high level of analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong facilitation and influencing skills and the ability to engage at multiple levels of the organisation
