Our client, a top tier firm in Sydney, is seeking both an associate and a senior associate with expertise in structured finance to join its market-leading practice.


The team regularly works for major financial institutions and corporations both domestically and internationally.


In this role, you will work on a range of financial transactions involving structured finance, acquisition finance, debt capital markets, and securitisation among others.


Successful applications will have:

  • Excellent technical ability
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Superb oral and written communication skills
  • Impressive academics
  • Specific experience in structured finance, debt capital market, and/or asset finance preferred but not required
