The Sydney Property & Projects practice is one of the firm's larger groups and is head up by numerous recommended lawyers in this field, all of which have come from top-tier firms. Clients are predominantly large institutional clients.
Due to growth in the practice, the group are currently looking for a junior to mid-level property lawyer to join the team. Appropriate qualities include:
- Minimum of 2 years PAE in commercial property/real estate law
- Top/mid-tier training
- Leasing
- Sales and acquisitions
- Property development
- Strong academic record
This is a great opportunity for a junior to mid-level lawyer who is looking to continue their development within a successful and growing practice
