The Sydney environment and planning practice is lead by one of the country's most recognised lawyers in this area. This team work with a range of clients including major corporates and government clients and advise on broad projects including:
- Contaminated land/pollution
- Environmental impact assessment
- Risk management
- Environmental prosecutions
- Aboriginal heritage
Due to growth within the group, there is a need for another lawyer to join the team. Ideally, this person will have a minimum of 2yrs PAE or be on/or on the cusp of reaching SA. Candidates must have experience gained from a large top/mid-tier firm, strong academics and relevant specialist experience.
