Our client is a leading magic circle firm who have an impressive global network. The Dubai office is one of the leading firms in the Middle Eastern market.


Working as part of a close knit team, the banking group work on a wide variety of transactions, both of a domestic and cross-border nature.


Suitable candidates must have a minimum of 2 years post admitted experience from a top-tier banking practice. Those with exposure to the following types of finance transactions are highly sort after:

  • Acquisition
  • Leveraged
  • Trade and export
  • DCM
  • Property

Being a smaller office, lawyers are encouraged to be more involved on transactions and take away much more 'hands on' experience than you would at a typical magic circle firm.
