Our client, a major international law firm, is seeking an associate to join its Sydney Labour and Employment team.


The practice group covers a range of employment, discrimination and industrial relations matters, both litigious and advisory.


As part of the team, you will be working with a broad and impressive client base from a variety of sectors, including but not limited to construction, banking, government, infrastructure and aged care.


To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Approximately 2-4 years of post-admission experience in employment law
  • Strong technical expertise
  • Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a larger team
  • Experience at a top firm
  • Excellent commercial acumen
  • Superb oral and written communication skills
