Employment Associate - IR Focussed

The workplace relations practice is a smaller group that covers the full gamut of employment law including WH&S, IR, disputes and corporate restructures. They work with a broad range of clients across financial services, energy & resources, technology and engineering. Lawyers in this group regularly get the opportunity to make close relationships with clients and client secondments are also common.

Due to a number of key moves in the firm, an opportunity has arisen for a mid-level lawyer to join the team. Ideally, this person must be at (or on the cusp of) the Senior Associate level and have specific experience in Industrial Relations.

This opportunity would suit someone who is looking to make the step up into an SA role and gain exposure to more IR matters.
