This firm's banking practice is highly regarded in the capital markets/derivatives space. Clients include major banks, corporates, financial institutions and hedge funds.
Due to expansion, the team have identified a role for a junior to mid level lawyer to join the team. Ideally this person will have 3 to 5 years PAE gained from a leading firm and have been exposed to the following areas:
- DCM
- Derivatives
- Structured finance
- Structured products
This role would suit someone who has been exposed to derivatives in the Australian market and is now looking to specialise further in this area. Top tier experience and strong acadmics from a top Australian university are essential.
