The firm's London office is actively looking to recruit a number of lawyers for their corporate group and will consider Australian qualified lawyers who are interested in working overseas. This firm's corporate practice top the charts across the UK as a tier one group in M&A and ECM deals and work across a good variety of industries including media, energy, property, financial institutions, technology and telco.


Ideal candidates must have a minimum of 3 years PAE in corporate from a leading Australian/international firm. Those who have experience of working on the following types of deals will be highly sought after:

  • Private M&A
  • Private equity
  • ECM
  • Restructurings
  • Cross border takeovers
