A market-leading law firm has engaged us on two senior associate positions within its leading corporate finance practice.


The corporate finance team sits within a highly regarded finance practice, and handles a variety of transactions for its blue-chip clients.


In either of these roles, your practice will cover a variety of finance transactions, including but not limited to corporate finance, leveraged finance, property finance, and acquisition finance. Successful applicants will have:

  • at least 5 years? post-admission experience
  • strong technical expertise
  • outstanding commercial acumen
  • excellent oral and written communication skills
