Construction Litigator 4yrs+

Our client is a long standing boutique CBD firm who are well known in the construction industry.

The work this firm can offer rivals what you would expect of a top-tier law firm. Being smaller, lawyers get to be more involved on matters and have more opportunity to build a practice of their own.

Due to an increasing workload, an opportunity has been identified for a mid to senior level litigator to join the team. The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to take the lead on various Supreme Court matters - most of which will be construction/security of payment focussed, but a confident commercial litigator with an interest in this area will be considered.

Candidates must have a minimum of 4 years post admitted experience and the ability to run Supreme Court matters autonomously. Those with client relationships to bring will be considered immediately but this is not a prerequisite.
