Our client, a large, prestigious national law firm, is seeking a junior Senior Associate to assist two of its highly regarded Banking & Finance partners.

The role will be broad, covering debt, acquisition, corporate, real estate and asset finance, as well as some property and restructuring


The Banking & Finance team specialises in middle market transactions, acting for clearing and investment banks, listed and unlisted borrowers, property funds and REITs, private equity houses, and high net worth individuals. They advise on finance transactions both domestically and cross-border.


To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Approximately 5-7 years PAE in general Banking & Finance
  • Excellent drafting and time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Commercial acumen
  • Solid oral and written communication skills
