Due to an upturn in activity, the partner has identified 2 new opportunities for lawyers in the team and is looking for candidates with the following attributes:
- a lawyer at the 2-4yr PAE and a Senior Associate
- specific experience in acquisition and leveraged finance
- top-tier experience is preferred
- strong academic record
