- Corporate finance
- Property/construction finance
- Asset finance
- Acquisition and leveraged finance
The team have multiple requirements and are interested in meeting banking specialists with the following attributes:
- Minimum of 3 years PAE gained in transactional banking law
- Experience from a recognised top/mid-tier firm
- Strong academics
