VP, Credit Risk Management

My client, an international financial services business, is seeking an experienced Credit Risk Manager for their Financial Institutions team.

The role:

This pivotal role sits in the FI Credit Risk Management division and is primarily responsible for portfolio management (across FI and Corporate/Investment Banking), transaction approval and leading a team of Credit Analysts.

Responsibilities include:

• Team leadership
• Developing and implementing counterparty strategies
• Recommending and approving transactions
• Reviewing credit proposals
• Proving guidance to the business with regard to transactions and structures

Desired skills and experience:

• Strong Credit Risk experience from an FI and corporate perspective
• Management experience
• Strong derivates knowledge
• CFA qualification
• Investment banking exposure
