The business is looking to add its successful SME sales team. Based from their Sydney headquarters, key responsibilities for this role are as follows.
 
Responsibilities;

  • The Sales Executive will be responsible for converting leads from new potential clients.
  • This person will apply business savvy and an understanding of customer needs to establish the degree of opportunity.
  • The Sales Executive will identify, penetrate and acquire new business and will look to swiftly appreciate a clients before identifying an appropriate solution.
  • The Sales Executive will target the SME market and therefore will be predominantly office based.
  • Face to face client engagement will be encouraged however with mid to large prospect opportunities.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible building multi-stakeholder relationships within each client, in order to ensure an ongoing thorough client understanding and to cultivate wider business opportunities.
  • The Sales Executive will be responsible for building a strong and sustainable pipeline that will provide a good platform for accurate forecasting.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for building strong internally to ensure a collaborative culture.

Skills & Experience:


The successful candidate will have the following experiences and skill sets;

  • Experience and track record of sales performance over the phone and face to face.
  • University Educated.
  • The ability to cultivate relationships at senior level within Corporate and SME clients.
  • A track record of working in corporate new business sales environments.
  • Experience of selling solutions rather than products is a must.
  • Some ICT experience is desirable.
  • A demonstrable track record of success for a sustained period.
  • A desire to work in a collaborative team environment but also have the confidence to take ownership over client relationships.
