As a result of continued growth the need for a Senior Internal Auditor has been identified. You will report directly to the Head of Audit and be part of a medium size audit team. You will gain exposure across the group and will manage your audits autonomously, building strong business relations with the Executives of the respective business groups.
Some specifics will be;
- Provide audit assessments of business, group services, new contracts, critical projects and other developments;
- Conduct audit assessments to ensure effective operational risk management;
- Plan, co-ordinate and conduct independent appraisals, analyses and evaluations of the effectiveness and efficiency of operations and activities;
- Review procedures, practices and systems historically used and similar process for new procedures;
- Audit new projects across the business;
- Build strong relationships with your internal clients, striving to be a true business partner?.
The ideal candidate will be;
- Be CA / CPA or CIA qualified;
- Gained sound experience in either Internal or External audit;
- Proven track record in gaining practical and technical skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills needed.
