The ideal candidate will have an extensive technical background in IT Audit, highly sought after skills will be audit / assurance skills gained in Business Resilience / BCP or Disaster Recovery / 3rd Party Vendor Audits and Software Development, Cybersecurity, Information Security or Penetration Testing.


Your Duties:

  • Completing IT audits on-time according to the annual Audit Plan;
  • Participating in auditing/reviewing all work up to closing client meetings;
  • Identifying key risk and control weaknesses and opportunities for control improvements;
  • Liaising and working with co-sourced external auditors;
  • Maintaining and building relationships with key internal and external stakeholders;
  • Ongoing managing of all audit and risk related uses in BCP/ DR and BR;
  • Audit and test the Incident Management and Crisis Management platforms ensuring the technology risks are identified in crisis management risks are mitigated;
  • Attend exit interviews and audit meetings -be a true business partner? to the business (Project Management Teams / Enterprise Architects / broader Risk Team / Software Developers etc.);

The Person:

  • Strong understanding of the Regulatory requirements in Business Resilience / BCP and Disaster Recovery • distinct advantage;
  • Understanding of systems architecture in large and complex environments including emerging risks such as social media;
  • Strong consulting nature, with excellent communication and writing skills needed;
  • Background in Big 4 / Consulting firms or from industry with experience in IT audit / Technology Risk or;
  • Technical Operational background / Resilience & Performance Engineering / Cybersecurity and keen to step into the business being part of Technology audit functions;
  • Due to the nature of the industry, you will be exposed to cutting edge and new technologies. This group are managing high value and interesting projects that offers exciting challenges.
