I have been leading recruitment teams and managing large account relationships since my recruitment career began in London during the late 90’s. The variety that I get from helping my colleagues to be their best and optimise their business opportunities is what gets me out of bed each day. I'm told I have good insight and understanding which helps me to see issues objectively and from a range of perspectives. I pride myself on taking an enterprise view of situations rather than focussing on the transaction.
I get great satisfaction from understanding our team's challenges and then developing and executing strategies to solve them, particularly when it involves coaching people towards their personal and professional goals. I am responsible for the learning and development program here at Ethos, building the skill and strength of our team through internal and external training programs.
